Shipping & Returns



We inspect every item again for quality and accuracy before it ships to you or someone special.

We guarantee our personalized products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects.

If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt exchange for the same item.

Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt.

We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!)

It is the customers responsibility to review your personalization information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully.

You are welcome to email us at if you have questions about personalization, before placing your order. Understandably, we are not able to accept cancellations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they immediately are sent into production.

During our busy holiday season we try our best to guarantee your gifts will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control there might be a slight delay in delivery of your order.

If your item/s are not what you ordered we will ask that you return those items back to us and we will forward the correct items out to you, if you change your mind or it not what you thought it was you may also send it back to us for a store credit or refund, but please return it to us as you received it.

If a refund is issued this will be for the product only.

FIRSTLY: We are not responsible for production delays or other unforeseen circumstances that delay delivery of any order/s, BUT we will do our very best to process your order/s within 24hrs.

Standard Shipping:

Orders are shipped M-F, via Sendle or Australia Post whichever you choose at checkout, which generally arrive within 2-7 business days after your item has been sent from us to you, but keep in mind Australia Post say 2 business days means this might not happen but is out of our control.

The number of days needed to produce your process your order can be between 1-3 business days before it is ready to ship but we will do our best to have all orders done within 24hrs.

Some items may arrive separately depending on amount ordered and Fragile orders which in some cases are shipped separately to reduce risk of breakage.

Please allow more time for certain remote areas you can see if your area is remote by clicking here this will also increase shipping cost.

Express Shipping:

Express Shipping is available on all items shipped, and will be displayed on the your checkout page as Express Shipping Available.

If you want your item to be Express, you will have the option to upgrade to that production and shipping method at the checkout page.

Please allow in-house production time of 1-3 business day in addition to the actual shipping time.

If an Express shipping method is selected,  you should receive your items the next business day but providing you are in the express post area, please check with the Australia Post website to see if you are or not, but generally all items are there within 1-3 days.

Oversized Items:

Items exceeding either size or weight limitations can only be shipped vir Courier Service, We do our best to find not only the cheapest price for you but also the quickest.

Please keep in mind when it comes down to your items being freighted by courier this will not show your freight cost at checkout, but will be charge postage though this will be cleared up and you be contacted regarding this before order is processed, any difference in postage cost will need to be finalized before order is processed as well and if we owe you a refund this will also be done ASAP generally within 24-48 hrs.


All backorders can take between 45-and 90 days to arrive.


Pre-orders can be taken for all new items that we are getting in, these orders can take from 45-90 but we should be able to confirm the time frame once the order is taken.

Special Orders:

We will gladly special order your item should we not have it as a regularly stocked product, subject to the following policies.

  • NO RETURNS will be accepted on special order or non-stock merchandise unless it's under warranty in which case it will be forwarded back manufacturer for repair or replacement at the buyer's cost.
  • Special order items are NON-REFUNDABLE, But will be refunded only if we can not get your goods to you, meaning no longer available.
  • Special orders CAN NOT BE CANCELLED once placed with our suppliers.
  • We are not responsible for production delays or other unforeseen circumstances that delay the delivery of any special order.  We will provide an estimate of the lead time required for your item to come to the best of our ability, however, we cannot guarantee a lead time in any case.


Refurbish Normal printer comes with a 3 mths RTB warranty from the date of purchased and converted to sublimation printers 3 mths also BUT only on the mechanical side of machine NOT printing side as you do VOID warranty once you put in sublimation inks.
